To understand why we’re doing a metabolic balance program with you, you need to understand how metabolism works. In short, the metabolism is responsible for all the biochemical processes that take place in our body.

This involves breaking down the food we eat and converting it into different types of energy that our bodies need.

You’ve probably thought: “Why is this person losing weight so fast? Why can they eat whatever they wants and I can’t?”

Well, most likely, that’s all to do with your metabolism and the fact that it’s become sluggish. This may be due to, for example, lack of exercise, junk food, excessive alcohol consumption, medications you’re on – or just simply your age.

But here’s the good news: your metabolism can be revived to give you the energy you need to get through your daily life – fit and alert – to help you shed those extra pounds.

It’s all about healthy food
Well – not from our point of view. If you only ever eat “healthy” food (although healthy is a relative term!) and live according to general (food) rules – trust that you’ll be unhappy in the long run. With our 3Level Principle, you’ll learn what’s healthy for YOU.

After Level 1, where we reduce your food intake to just the essentials to help you quickly reach your goal, you’ll be in a phase where your body decides what is “healthy”. This is when nothing is off limits anymore – the ultimate goal is for your body to tell you what nutrients it wants, or if it’s less sugar, salt, etc. You’ll definitely feel like feasting and snacking, but that’s okay. Your body will eventually return to a “healthy mode” on its own – you just have to learn to listen to it.

Losing weight isn’t just about exercise and nutrition like we’ve always been told.
Our motto up there should become the foundation of the way you think about yourself – and not just when it comes to losing weight. If you want to lead a happy and balanced life, you can’t achieve that by thinking negatively about yourself.

The Excuses

Just like us before, Sabine was looking for excuses. “If it weren’t for these damn extra pounds, I could finally just be myself,” Sabine, a 45-year-old tax accountant, told us. “So, I have to pretend all day that I’m fine, that I don’t see the pitying looks that people give me. I’ve tried everything, and I’m so tired of it.” Sabine is like so many of our clients. They’ve already tried everything, and there isn’t much else to try. Simple, easy, effective

But what would life be like if it could be simple now? – Simple, easy, effective. This program has been tested on my own body – and on countless other clients so far.

We all know all there is to know nutrition. We know how many calories or points, how much fat, protein and carbs are in chocolate. We also know how we could lose weight. We cling to each new diet, hoping that this time something will change. We’ve even tried intuitive eating because we’ve been told that “dieting is bad”. But then we realized that our intuition about eating has long gone. We go around in circles, diet after diet after diet – and then do it all again for good measure to make ourselves even more frustrated. We are permanently unhappy and our whole lives revolve around the numbers on the scale.
